Background
Ronald Roland Welaga Miah is a resourceful, innovative, diligent, adaptable, analytical and enthusiastic Multi-Tasked Public Health Practitioner with over 18years working experience. He has interest, passion and competence in Maternal and Child health and Nutrition, Disease Surveillance and Responds, Program monitoring and evaluation, Research, Data management, Scientific Communication, Teaching/Training, Leadership and Governance, Health System Strengthening, Quality Improvement (QI), Community Based Health Planning and Services (CHPS), Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights as well as the Nutritional management of people living with HIV/AIDS and Tuberculosis. His professional competence, knowledge and skills brought several achievements and improvements in service delivery indicators. He aims to help improve health outcomes among women, children and other vulnerable groups through the efficient delivery of health system policies and programmes. He is a motivator with strong interpersonal skills and able to work in multicultural settings. He has a good understanding of the Ghana Health and Education Service Systems, in addition to the operations of many of government agencies, Departments and Non-Governmental Organizations.
